coco cupcakes
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour, sift
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Dulce de leche
1/2 cup Kokosa liqueur
Methods
- Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Grease 12
- mini muffin cups pan with butter or line with paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter,
- buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. In another
- bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder,
- baking soda and salt. Mix the two preparations until
- smooth and thoroughly 1-2 minutes. Add the
- chocolate chips and distribute them evenly.
- Spoon the batter into each muffing cup. Bake
- about 10 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack,
- brush with Kokosa liqueur, let cool completely
