Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sift

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup Dulce de leche

  • 1/2 cup Kokosa liqueur

Methods

  • Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Grease 12
  • mini muffin cups pan with butter or line with paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter,
  • buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. In another
  • bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder,
  • baking soda and salt. Mix the two preparations until
  • smooth and thoroughly 1-2 minutes. Add the
  • chocolate chips and distribute them evenly.
  • Spoon the batter into each muffing cup. Bake
  • about 10 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack,
  • brush with Kokosa liqueur, let cool completely
