Ingredients

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 Tsp matcha powder For the cocktail:

  • 2 1/2 oz Kokosa

  • 2 oz Coconut milk

Methods

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white with an electric
  • mixer until it begins to stiffen. Add the sugar and beat just
  • until peaks begin to form. Finally, sprinkle the matcha onto the
  • foam and mix until it’s a smooth and uniform color. Fill a rocks
  • glass with ice. Pour the Kokosa and coconut milk over the
  • ice and top with a generous scoop of the whipped matcha.
  • Serve with a small spoon and stir to combine before drinking.
