Ingredients
1 egg white
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp matcha powder For the cocktail:
2 1/2 oz Kokosa
2 oz Coconut milk
Methods
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white with an electric
- mixer until it begins to stiffen. Add the sugar and beat just
- until peaks begin to form. Finally, sprinkle the matcha onto the
- foam and mix until it’s a smooth and uniform color. Fill a rocks
- glass with ice. Pour the Kokosa and coconut milk over the
- ice and top with a generous scoop of the whipped matcha.
- Serve with a small spoon and stir to combine before drinking.
