Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kokosa

  • 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur

  • Champagne or Sparkling water

Methods

  • Chill the Kokosa and Ginger liqueur for at least a few hours
  • before serving. Pour this mix into a champagne flute and top
  • with champagne or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a long lime twist.
