summer sky fizz

Ingredients

1.5 oz Kokosa
1.5 oz sugar-free gin
1 oz apricot liqueur
2 dashes orange blossom water
sparkling water
orange slice and fresh coconut, for garnish

Method

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill ¾ with ice..
Shake until chilled and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with an orange slice and a piece of fresh coconut meat.
