Ingredients

1 oz Kokosa
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz vodka
pinch of pumpkin pie spice powder
pumpkin ice cream
1 tbsp caramel syrup
1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

Method

Mix Kokosa, Kahlua, vodka, pumpkin spice powder in a cocktail mixer. Shake well with ice.
Scoop pumpkin ice cream into a glass.
Pour the cocktail mix over the ice cream.
Garnish with caramel syrup and graham cracker crumbs.
