SUMMER SKY FIZZ

Ingredients

1.5 oz Kokosa
1.5 oz Sugar-Free Gin
1 oz Apricot liqueur
2 dashes Orange Blossom water
Sparkling water
Orange slice and fresh coconut, for garnish

Method

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill
⁄4 with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a Collins glass
filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with an
orange slice and a piece of fresh coconut meat.
