Method

• Whip cream with an electric mixer until it comes to
• soft peaks. Add Kokosa and beat until desired stiffness is
• reached. Shake the Kokosa on ice and strain into a chilled
• martini glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with
• blueberries or cherries.
