Ingredients

1 Oz Kokosa
1.5 Oz vodka
1.5 Oz strong brewed chai tea, cooled
25 Oz butterfly pea tea syrup
1 dash cardamom bitters

Method

Build over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a pansy, if desired.
