Method

• Whip cream with an electric mixer until it comes to soft peaks.
• Add Kokosa and beat until desired stiffness is reached.
• Shake the Kokosa on ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Top with whipped cream and garnish with blueberries or cherries.
