Dalgona coffee

Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp sugar
Whipping cream (amount TBD)
Kokosa (amount TBD)

Method

Combine coffee, hot water, sugar and whipping cream.
Whip with an electric mixer until coffee mixture becomes light and fluffy (5-10 minutes).
Add Kokosa and ice to a glass and top with the whipped coffee mixture.
